This Privacy Policy describes how Jack AI Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use our application (“the App”).

The App functions as an AI-assisted web browser. User privacy, transparency, and data minimization are core principles of our design.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information required to operate the App:

• Email address and/or mobile number for account identification
• Push notification token (APNs / FCM) for delivering alerts
• User-selected preferences (city, service category, language)
• Limited technical diagnostics (such as crash logs)

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do NOT collect or store third-party usernames or passwords
• We do NOT access third-party accounts on your behalf
• We do NOT track users across apps or websites
• We do NOT collect advertising identifiers (IDFA)
• We do NOT sell or share personal data

3. Web Browsing & Third-Party Websites

The App displays third-party websites using standard web browser technology (WKWebView). All web content is loaded directly from the third-party website’s servers.

Any information you enter into a third-party website (including login credentials or verification codes) is handled entirely by that website and is never visible to or stored by us.

4. AI Features & Content Processing

AI features operate only on content that is already visible to you during an active, user-initiated browsing session.

• No background access to third-party content
• No automation, crawling, or scraping
• No processing of content outside the visible web session

5. Cookies & Session Data

Third-party websites may use cookies or similar technologies as part of their normal operation.

Depending on user settings, the App may use either:

• Non-persistent browsing sessions (private mode), or
• Standard browser sessions where cookies are stored locally on the device

In all cases, session data remains on your device, is not accessible to us, and is never transmitted to our servers.

6. Location Information

The App may request access to your device’s location only when required to support features on third-party websites that you choose to use (for example, verifying a neighborhood or city).

Location access is user-initiated, used only while the App is in the foreground, and is not stored by us.

7. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

The App does NOT track users as defined by Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework.

We do not link user data with third-party data, do not use data for advertising, and do not share data for tracking purposes. ATT permission is therefore not requested.

8. Data Storage & Security

Account-related data is stored securely using industry-standard protections on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Access is restricted to authorized systems only.

9. Push Notifications

Push notifications are used only for job alerts and essential account-related communications. You may disable notifications at any time via device settings.

10. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account and associated data at any time. Account deletion is irreversible.
