User Agreement (Terms of Use)

1. Introduction

Welcome to Jack AI Solutions (“the App”), operated by Jack AI Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App.

2. Description of the Service (AI-Assisted Browser)

The App functions as an AI-assisted web browser. It allows users to browse third-party websites using standard web technologies and optionally apply AI features to summarize, translate, or analyze content that is already visible on the user’s screen.

The App does not provide, resell, or operate third-party services and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party websites accessed through the App.

3. Third-Party Websites & Accounts

Users may choose to log in to third-party websites using their own accounts.

• The App does not require or provide third-party accounts.
• The App does not collect, store, or transmit third-party usernames or passwords.
• All logins occur through official website login pages displayed within the browser.
• Any verification codes or security checks are handled directly by the third-party service.

Users are solely responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any third-party websites they access.

4. Communications & Messaging Consent (Email & SMS)

Email Communications

By creating an account, you may receive service-related emails such as account notifications, updates, and important service information. You may opt out of non-essential emails at any time.

SMS Communications (Optional)

Providing your mobile number does not automatically enroll you in SMS messaging. You will receive SMS messages only if you explicitly opt in. SMS consent is not required to use the App.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Misuse the App to harass, defraud, or spam others.
• Attempt to bypass security or access restricted systems.
• Use bots, automation, or background processes outside normal browsing behavior.
• Sell, share, or transfer your account credentials.

6. AI Features & Data Accuracy

AI features operate only on content that is already visible to the user during an active, user-initiated browsing session.

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated summaries, classifications, or translations.

7. User-Generated & Third-Party Content Safety

The App may display content from third-party websites or users. Jack AI Solutions LLC does not tolerate objectionable or abusive content.

Users may report content through the App or via: https://jackaisolutions.us/contact. Valid reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

8. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

9. Privacy

Use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “AS IS”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jack AI Solutions LLC is not liable for losses arising from use of the App or third-party websites.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
